Pool and whirlpool water was murky and unclean.

The room had a lot of outlets, making it easy to charge devices. Opening the windows for fresh air was a nice touch, and having easy access to hot coffee was a bonus. The cozy lobby provided a perfect spot for family hangouts.

While the general cleanliness was decent, I wish the bathroom had a toilet cover. no one likes a mist from flushing on their towels. The parking lot felt a bit dim and being approached by some scruffy-looking characters outside wasn't exactly comforting. On top of that, options for local dining were limited, especially for a nice coffee or pie in the afternoon—just fast food around, which was disappointing. The place felt a little outdated, too, warranting some updates to the rooms and amenities.

Had a great time with my friends! We hit up Pike Lake for some fishing and went for a scenic hike. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was a short drive to Erin Hills Golf Course. Perfect spot for our group getaway!

The only downside was the pillows. they were pretty flat and uncomfortable.

I recently stayed in a spacious Executive suite that was perfect for my daughter's birthday slumber party. Being a short stroll away from Pike Lake State Park made our outdoor adventures a breeze.

great staff but rooms need freshening

The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast experience was surprisingly nice, especially with real plates and silverware. I appreciated the variety offered, including eggs and pancakes to start the day. The room itself had easy access to outlets and sufficient space for my needs.

Family getaway with a twist

I stayed for 4 nights and the staff was really friendly, helped us to find our way around. One morning, the breakfast was great, especially those waffles with strawberries, you just can't beat that.

It was just a prime choice for a flash stay in Hartford with good price-quality ratio. The breakfast had a decent variety, but watch out for the milk! Don't forget to check the pool before diving in.

The Americinn provided a spacious Executive suite perfect for a slumber party, accommodating five guests comfortably. The two queen beds and pull-out couch were ideal for our needs. The pool was a major highlight for the kids, and the room allowed family members to gather without feeling cramped. Overall, it made for a memorable birthday celebration.
